把一个技能/项目的能力做成演示：专用 iTerm tab 逐条执行只读命令并读屏校验、全程录屏、按需压 MP4，最后发到 Telegram 频道并给出可直接粘贴的分享文案
以 Pi package（技能形态）发布。技能本体在 skills/demo-publish/。

安装
pi install git:gitea.vhkd.top/pi-hub/demo-publish.git@v0.1.0
装完 pi-skill list 能看到 demo-publish，pi-skill demo-publish check 会告诉还缺什么。
先准备什么
pi-skill（命令），安装：随 skill-interface 提供（~/.local/bin/pi-skill）；编排终端、录屏、压缩、发送都通过它转发到对应技能macos-screencast（命令），安装：见技能 macos-screencast-cli（在该包目录跑 make install-cli）；录屏可执行文件；windows 子命令用来定位要录的窗口ffprobe（命令），安装：brew install ffmpeg；读视频时长写进 caption / status；压缩本身走 video-compress
